Предлагают соискателям на должность различные опросы и тестовые задания, чтобы выявить профессиональный потенциал кандидата, наличие необходимых навыков для будущей работы. Что такое профессиональный потенциал?
Этот термин характеризует способность человека успешно проявлять себя и развиваться в рамках профессиональной деятельности, повышать компетенцию.
